Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Quoto, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use Quoto.
Description of Service
Quoto is a macOS menu bar application that monitors your z.ai API quota usage. Quoto connects to the z.ai API on your behalf using your API key to retrieve and display quota information.
User Responsibilities
By using Quoto, you agree to:
- Use Quoto in accordance with z.ai's terms of service
- Keep your API key secure and confidential
- Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify Quoto
- Use Quoto only for lawful purposes
License to Use
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Quoto on your Mac for personal or commercial use.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Quoto is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that Quoto will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quoto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
Third-Party Services
Quoto relies on the z.ai API to function. Your use of z.ai is subject to z.ai's own terms and privacy policy.
App Store Terms
If you downloaded Quoto from the Mac App Store, your use is also subject to Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA) terms.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on this page. Your continued use of Quoto after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
